Chef Chad White of Común Kitchen & Tavern was featured in this roundup for his Octopus Tostada, which happens to be Joe Magnanelli of Cucina Enoteca’s favorite dish.
Joe Magnanelli states, “the octopus was soft and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of chew.”
