Alfredo Jaime is an entrepreneur with big ideas in changing the construction industry. Starting off as a project superintendent in 1996, Jaime found his passion for work in the hospitality industry. After 15+ years in the industry, Alfredo has worked for top general contractors on the West Coast and has managed build outs of more than 1 million square feet in tenant improvements. Alfredo takes the vision of the client and makes it a reality with a focus on timeliness and professionalism.
Rodolfo worked in the development of large public and private projects in the area of San Diego County and Mexico, including Cabo San Lucas and North of Baja. As a real estate developer, Rodolfo has worked on both condo and income producing properties. As an entrepreneur, he brings knowledge on business strategy and program/project management.
Arcelia ArballoSenior Project Manager – Tenant Improvements
Arcelia Arballo joined Jaime Partners in 2011. She has over 15 years of professional experience, including project manager for Espazio, consultant for CEMEX, and a Facilitator at Enlace, a project management training company. A Master’s in Construction Management, and knowledge gained from managing projects in both Mexico and the USA, have given her the ability to serve the diverse and unique needs of our clients.
Randall NygaardSenior Superintendent
Randall Nygaard joined us in 2012, with 20 years of previous experience, and has since become an indispensable part of the Jaime Partners team. He has successfully handled projects that range in cost from a few hundred thousand to over 20 million dollars. He has experience in the medical, hospitality, manufacturing, and executive fields.
